So. How does the micro stack up against the original Arduino Board that we used, called the UNO. Well first and foremost it is about a quarter of the size, as you can see from the picture below it is roughly the size of a USB Drive making it perfect to fit directly into a breadboard. Secondly, instead of their being female headers for us to plug jump leads into there are now male headers that plug straight into the breadboard. The micro is designed to sit on the breadboard with the rest of your components, which makes prototyping this a lot cleaner and easier. Finally there is still a reset button, but this time there is a Micro USB port for programming instead of USB B.
